The First Step:

The Pre Construction Phase.

During this stage we complete the Pre check, finalise your drawings, obtain site specific engineering, organise a soil test and obtain site specific details. Further to this if a Development Approval is required, we can also manage this on your behalf for an additional fee.

The fees for the planning stage of your project will also vary according to the overlays that are on your property and the local council specific requirements. Upon the completion of your Pre-Check you can move forward to the construction stage of your new tiny home.

Planning

The fees for the planning stage of your project will also vary according to the overlays that are on your property and the local council specific requirements. Upon the completion of your Pre-Check you can move forward to the construction stage of your new home.

Development Applications:

Where a Development Application is required, there will an additional cost associated with the lodgement and management of the application, plus any applicable council and certification fees.

Because the pre-construction works will be specific to your project, we will prepare you a separate scope-of-works outlining all costs.

Pop Up Tiny Homes – Build Process:

Once the Pre-checks are completed and you have decided on your design then the building process can commence. This phase generally takes between 90 – 140 days. Our Customer Care Team will provide you with regular photos and updates on the progress of your home. Our production team will construct your new home to approximately 95% completion and the rest will be completed when the installation team pops up your home and fits it off. In the weeks prior to the construction phase being finalised our site team facilitate the connections on your site and prepare the home for delivery if this is the package that you have chosen.

Delivery

Our homes are transported on a tilt tray. The delivery process is hassle free and there is often no need for us to be present. All we ask of you is to ensure that the home is kept flat until our installation team arrives. We will notify you in advance of your delivery date.

Installation

Our installation team will be on site for between 6 – 10 days for our standard homes depending on what package you have chosen. We make very little noise when installing our homes so there is generally no disturbance to you or your neighbours.
